Spray Tan Prep
Get all spa services done 24 to 48 hours before your spray tan appointment
Shave 24 hours before your spray tan appointment Thoroughly exfoliate your entire body, preferably with an exfoliating glove or brush pay special attention to dry areas like elbows, feet and knees proper exfoliation will prep the skin for a smooth and flawless tan
Stop using any retinol, Retina, acne creams at least five days before your spray tan appointment.
Tanning Day
Remove all makeup lotion and deodorant
don’t wear any perfumes or any products with mineral oil
do not shower or shave right before your appointment.
Wear dark loose clothing. I recommend long sleeves and loose sweatpants or PJ bottoms to prevent skin to skin transfer.
Wear open toe shoes, avoid wearing a bra, socks and tennis shoes right after
Take a quick cool shower when it’s time to rinse it is best if you avoid soap on your first shower
Maintenance
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink plenty of water to keep your spray tan from fading and becoming uneven
Moisturize 2 to 3 times a day
Use spray tan safe products and avoid using retinol, mineral oil, products with alcohol, sulfate, paraban, or any dove products
Avoid sweating too much and the use of hot tubs and excessive swimming. These will fade your spray tan faster. If you do swim or go in a hot tub limit your time and rinse off after.
Pre and Post Care
Our solutions can be used as both a rapid runs for a light to medium/dark outcome or an eight hour ultra dark tan. The depth is completely determined by how long it is left to develop on the skin before rinsing.
2-3 HOURS A SUBTLE LIGHT GLOW

PROCESSING TIMES
To rinse a spray tan, simply take a lukewarm shower, using only your hands to gently rinse your body until the water runs clear to ensure you remove the cosmetic bronzer without using soap; pat dry with a towel and immediately apply a spray tan safe moisturizer after rinsing
